I would like to gather data on peoples experiences in national chains such as Home Depot, Walmart, Lowes, Olive Garden, Chilis, Taco Bell, Sears, Red Lobster and so on.
My idea is to compile a team of researchers that can collect the data, a team that can interpret the data and a team that can conclude the data and submit.
Looking to focus on only one national domestic company at a time. Looking for someone to create an easily understood survey on customer service and volunteers to answer the survey.
With enough responce I am hoping that the volunteers surveying the company of choice will be diverse (male, female, married, single, divorced, all ethnic groups, different states, shoping with children, shoping without children.......)
