I have a good idea for an espionage or Geo-political story, its almost complete (a rough outline). Its been with me for a few years now ( i am well into another story too), since I hardly have the time or the 'necessary expertise' to write a full scale novel. So i wanted to know whether someone is
1) interested in co authoring the novel (yeah, we will have to work out the details and trust issues
)
2) Whether I can submit the idea for a movie or television series.... if so where? how? anything else that I should know?
Between the story I am working on would have mix of a Tom Clancy meets Robert Ludlum feel. Yes, its a bit intricate and complex.

The ideas were developed, refined and updated over a period of about 5 years now... Its been with me through high school, my engineering degree and now my Master degree.
