...lawsuit against an insurance company? I was involved in an auto accident in may of 2008 in where i had gotten injured. i had an attorney but now they are saying that i need to get a trial attorney to file a lawsuit against the at fault driver's insurance company because they don't handle those types of things.. so if anyone knows of someone good who has won before or come close let me know..
