Anyone know about the law suit against Mercedes charging dealers for exporting?

Anything out there about dealer charge backs because someone exported a Mercedes Benz? I know there are law suits going on but can't locate anything. I also know that dealers are trying to sue customers they THINK exported a vehicle. Anyone have any info on this?
 
Yea, i heard that to. This guy i know went to buy one and he wanted to ship it overseas and the salesperson said he couldnt do that. I dont understand why when u buy a car u should be able to do anything u want with it.
