I've gone to my doctor twice and he precribes a Zpack the first time and now a nasal spray. Neither has helped enough but to temporarily relieve preasure and drainage. Is there anything that I can take otc that can help? He told me allegra D, but that's for allergies. He never once has looked in my ears or at my throat. He also has me on 5 meds (he has the rep for being a "pusher"). What OTC drugs can I take. I'm already on Mucinex, and it's only helping me get rid of the mucus little by very little.
