anyone know whats wrong with my t mobile tap phone?

it wont click on the memory card and when i click on file transfer on my pc it does nothing i barely got it today

Hi, mine was like that too. If you have a password on your memory card it wont register. Put the memory card in your old phone delete the password then it should come up in your tap.!
