Anyone living near Cook Forest, PA know if the Yogi Bear statue is still there?

I keep seeing it on a list of roadside attractions and I would like to visit it but cannot ascertain if it still exits. If it does, does anyone know exactly where it's located? I'm trying to plan a road trip.
