Anyone watching the UNC Miami game. Did you notice the "clangy" rim?

I wonder if some places "forget" to tighten the rim on one side for an advantage?
I have been to a few games where they take a ladder and adjust the rim at halftime...I wonder if some of it happens on purpose?
