I just got his phone certified pre-owned. and i can't do anything because the browser button isn't anywhere. i can't even transfer contacts from online to the new phone. ughhhhh so frusturated =[

It's gonna be ok. so here's how you fix that... press the blackberry button. that's the one with all the dots.. from there go to options the select advanced options go and highlight host routing table. after its highlighted press the blackberry key again and choose the option that say register now. then power the blackberry off then on then you should have your browser if it doesn't work the first time do it twice.
