Application lock for android...?

I want an app lock for my phone that locks specific apps and also takes a picture of the person trying to open it. Ik there is one out there... cause its available for iPhone.. (my roommate has an iPhone) but I can't seem to find one for my android.. please help?

there are app lockers for android but not sure if it take pics.
