Apps Deleted from iPhone 4s?

I connected my iPhone 4s to my mom's laptop and more than half of my apps just disappeared from my iPhone! All of the apps deleted were not downloaded from the computer. I have it set on 'manually manage' so I'm not sure what happened. Any help?
This hasn't happened before.
