Aquestion about a salvage title on a mazda 3.?

can a 2007 mazda 3 with a salvage title in MA be repaired and given a new title, then registered in FL?
 
no not usually their suppose to remain a savage title unless the get junked down,i bought one that was salvaged and i searched for ways to do this with no luck,most states co-operate with each other on this law,once one is branded as a salvaged car it usually stays that way,good luck.
