arctic cat snowmobile is breaking up when under strain?

1998 efi 600 arctic cat powder special,it seems to idle fine and run at at low speeds but when i get on it it starts to break up real bad. we checked the plugs and put conditioner in the fuel as prescribed by arctic cat dealer but it still seems to do it a bit. we used heet brand conditioner. we also checked the fuel filters but they were also good. im am in maine and they have new ethanol fuel with a 10 percent content may this be the problem? if so is there any other additives that will help. also it ran for three days with no problem and this problem came out of nowhere. a passerby suggest it may be some valve on the fuel pump, not sure what they are talking about.
