Are Americans in denial about the highway to an oligarchy that the United States is on?
 
Hugh Betcha !!!....Many of them blindly welcome it. Many welcome it with their eyes wide open....All are fools in the end. They don`t know what they have right now.
 
Where was your concern when Bush and Cheney were REALLY trying to form an oligarchy?
 
Yes. I think you saw that video I saw. It should be mandatory viewing in public high school civics. I'll post it if I can find it.
 
the majority of the americans electorate are truly ignorant in terms of current events or trends.

Sure they can tell you what's on VH1 at 8pm, who the newest American Idol is, or what the status of MJ's death is, but they typically have no idea about issues which significantly and directly impact our lives.
