I've only ever been to a shisha/hookah bar in Israel. I thought it was great, the atmosphere was good, I enjoyed the shisha and being able to sit inside and smoke was great. The friend I was with told me that the quality of the tobacco in Israel would be better than you'd find in England.
Are there any shisha lounges in England which have quality shisha, on par with the Middle East, where the fact that in England you have to smoke outside does not completely ruin the experience?
