Are Church Bells violating the noise ordinance in your city?

Call the cops and have the owner fined.
Even if it is music, it is still a noise violation. In fact, music is the most common noise violation.
Trains and traffic are necessary. Church bells are not. We all have clocks, and the community they make noise in does not have even 50% adherents to the church.
