Is it okay for one rim to have a different width than the others? For example, if I have three 15x6.5 rims and one 15x6 rim, all fitted with correct tires, will driving on rims with different widths cause damage? Thanks!

no really but make sure if you buy one put it in the back or 2 you can put them in the front exspacially if its a front wheel drive never put uneven tirers in the front

No it is not OK. The narrower rim width will cause the tire to be slightly taller than the other three and result in wear and alignment problems. Buy the right sized wheel and be done with it.

well since you have the same tire size it should be ok since it is a small change, but handling will be diminished somewhat assumig the scrub radius has been changed due to different offsets. So expect a little torque steer if they are on the drive axle or torque steer when you are braking, on whatever axle it is on. Torque steer is when the car steers itself, like when you brake hard and the wheel moves to the right or left.

you will get uneven wear, but it shouldn't honestly hurt anything, as long as the front 2 match...
