Looking to buy an inexpensive laptop for some applications in my wife's quilting shop which don't work well with Mac, even with windows installed. Found a Gateway on sale at best Buy but don't know anyone who has one. How do they compare with Toshiba, Sony, HP, Compaq, Acer, etc? We do not need real high performance specs, speed, memory, etc.
