I would like to take some sorta protein bar or any other supplement or snack to help build muscle and burn fat, but is this safe? Will this help a lot with what i want to achieve? (losing 50 pounds by next spring w/toned body). I want to look great in a bikini. Are the products such as the shakes and supplements worth the money you put out? all i have is a weight bench, some weights and a laptop to watch workout videos. I can also walk/run outside.
