Are Handheld Sewing Machines Any Good?

I like making stuff that involves sewing but I get impatient with sewing by hand and things never get done. I saw a handheld sewing machine but I'd never heard of them before and I don't know if they are any good.

So does anyone know if they are worth buying?
 
No. They are really just a toy. Don't waste your money on them, as you can buy a good regular machine for around $100.
