may be getting a bad rap? Charles Russell and Nelson Barbour taught that Christ had returned in 1874 and that 1914 would be when all political rulership would be overthrown. And that Jewish 'patriarchs' (Abraham and Isaac),would be resurrected in 1925. And later, The Watchtower thought that 1975 would be the beginning of Christ thousand year reign, etc. etc.

Isn't scientology the ones that believe a bunch of weird stuff about aliens?

What has that got to do with Scientology? Are you saying that because JW is wrong, we should stop hassling other things that are wrong? Because if that is your opinion, I disagree. No matter how wrong JWs are, it never makes Scientology more correct
 
There are no prophecies in the Scientology religion so the comparison makes no sense.

Not sure what your point/question is here other than general religion bashing.

The Jehovah's Witnesses cult utilizes classic mind control techniques to control its adherents. The cult begins by welcoming the target into the cult. It's all smiles and hugs at fist. The cult then forbids the target to associate with anyone that is not also a cult member, including family members. Once the cult has established itself as the target's only support network, the cult threatens expulsion from the group (the Jehovah cult calls this disfellowshipping) if you disobey your cult handlers in any way.

They are being lied too, their joy, their lives are being taken away. People are getting hurt physically and mentally by monstrous men in Brooklyn. They don't even know who those men are. Somebody has to do something about this religion. This is a very very very dangerous religion.

One more True and Ugly fact about JW's and something for JW's to ponder 95% of Annointed One in the Governing Body are Americans. It is very funny to know Jehovah is a Hardcore American Fan.
 
Illogical premise. What does your personal opinion about the Jehovah's Witnesses have to do with Scientology?
