instead of telling someone the truth that they just don't like them they'll just keep on leading them on and sending mixed messages and wasting people's time. it's just sick.

That's not true. I'm a girl and when I didn't feel the same for my gf, I just told her. But I felt kind of bad after. But it's the truth and I guess the ones that lie are too chicken to tell you.

o well i don't know everyone is different (gasp) meaning some people may lie others may not.
maybe you have bumped into one too many bad experiences with 'lesbians'
some straight people also lead the other sex and sending mixed messages in fact it is very common.
Your question indicates that you are very bitter about a recent experience, but I think you know that this isn't true.
It is hard to tell people when you're not interested in them, and even harder if you only sort-of like someone. I advise you not to assume the worst about people, and even if the worst is true, I advise you not to generalize that to an entire group of people.
Saying anything about ALL LESBIANS is silly, because the only real thing all lesbians have in common is their womanhood and their love of women.
