It's actually 1,800 square miles, Reality. But that's not the point.

They used an increase by one provider as an excuse to complete health care legislation that taxpayers didn't want.
 
First, not all foreign oil funds terrorism (I recognize you were just espousing what others have stated, but as a liberal, I am offended).

Second, the Obama administration has already announced plans for increased domestic exploration and drilling for oil, though the most generous estimates state that this will not be viable for a minimum of ten to twelve years.

So, no. Pending the investigation, they may use it to call for increased safety regulations in order to mitigate environmental harm.
