Are my t-mobile minutes free after nine if my area code is in a different time...

...zone than where I live? My area code for my cell phone is two hours behind where I live now. I moved and haven't changed my number. So for the t-mobile minutes, would the free minutes after nine start at 9 where I live, or 11 where I live because of the area code of my phone?
