There's nothing on the box saying it, but here are the ingredients.
Cereal Grains (46.2%)(Whole Grain Oat Flakes (31.45), Whole Grain Wheat, Rice, Oat Bran (2.7%), Wheat Flour, Maize Flour, Malted Wheat Flour), Glucose Syrup, Milk Chocolate (11%)(Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Flavouring: Vanilla Flavour), Inverted Sugar Syrup, Barley Malt Extract, Humectant: Sorbitol, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Honey, Emilsifier: Soya- Lecithin, Partially Inverted Brown Sugar Syrup, Salt, Flavouring: Chocolate Flavour, Antioxidant: Tocopherols, Molasses, Trisodium Phosphate.
