...and nutrition had an effect? In their childhood? My daughter is 2 her predicted height is 5'3 because her dad is short and I am 5'8 can she be around 5'7 if she does a lot of exercises and gets proper nutrition until the age of 21 ? Now I know predicted height is just a prediction of average , a child can grow much taller if he inherited a tall gene somewhere

No. The only exercises which can really help her grow taller are things like swimming....more pacifically 5 hours of intense training everyday.
Unless you starve her (this could stunt growth),nutrition won't have any effect on her height.

Your child could grow taller than that anyways. Predicated childhood heights aren't very accurate.

So what if they are 5'3" as an adult anyways? It's average for a girl, and many girls around 5'7" feel insecure about their height.

Height and body type cannot be influenced by eating patterns or such. They are genetic, but the height of your parents doesn't usually matter too much, since they can easily be carrying recessive traits. There's loads of tall people with short parents and vice versa.
