are spas12's outlawed completely in Australia?

before the gun laws changed in Australia my uncle was a cop and had a modified M4 [due to laws the magazine had to hold 5 rounds] and a spas12 and other generic hunting rifles but i just loved the spas12 i didn't hunt with it but its a fun gun to use im wondering what can i do to get one i know i need like a class r licence i think but i hope just cause im not in the military or a government worker i cant get one some one please help
