Hi, I've been scouring the web for sites and I've been on Google, E-Bay, Craigslist, my local classifieds but all the bikes I've seen are of crappy quality or overpriced. I just want to buy my first bike and only plan to use it on the sidewalk, road, and in parks or lakes like Lake Merced [hybrid or comfort bike] and I've been told that department store qualities aren't really good for bikes like mountain bikes, but this is just a comfort, hybrid bike. I have $140 in budget. Should I go for it and buy one there in S.A.?
