Just one of the many twitter posts concerning it. I doubt Twitter is a reliable source, however.
 
It has been suggested by the EU, in the Euro parliament and even in the U.S.A. This is a debte that has appeared from time to time (excuse me) over the last ten yeasr or so, perhaps even longer.

As far as I am concerned they can all go back to realising they didn't realise what a good old Brit did and therefore shove off and shut up.
