Any like Metal Gear Solid which have like deep plot lines and things liek that
 
This is really hard because MGS is so unique. Check out: Jin Roh Wolf Brigade. Its a heavy drama with a deep plot, & tactical combat action scenes/Closest thing to metal gear that I can think of.

Also check out the Ghost in the Shell movies and series. Very very good too.
