Are there any experienced Ann Summers Organisers who can help a newbie?

I was 'given' to an Organiser after applying online and I've done two whole parties and I can't figure out how to use the online ordering system (Area and Route codes?) after being simply told to follow the 'obvious' instructions. Help? Please?
