Are there any religions that wear nose studs? Need answers ASAP :)?

I had my nose pierced like the 3rd day of the 6 weeks holidays and i cant take it out yet and my teacher caught me.. They're gonna phone my mom and she said we could say its my religion.. is there ANY religions AT ALL that have to wear nose studs or a lot of them do? Thank you soooo much
i dont care if its lying. i hate my teacher, and i think its up to me what i do with my body or put on my face okay?
