Are there any torrent websites compatiable for the Thailand language?

What I mean is are there websites for people outside of the west?I have just introduced my Thai friends to Utorrent but after downloading it I realized that every website I have ever used has been based on western English speaking people.I would like to know if there are any sites that are compatible for Utoorent that my friends can read in Thai.
