Are there really any videos of Leonard Lake and Charles Ng's victims on the internet?

I've been searching around but really can't find anything (the tourture tapes). I'm not sure if maybe there's a page anyone would know of. One place I went to said you could download them, but when you clicked on the link, it would give you a 404 page.

I'm just wanting to see them out of curiosity, kind of like the Budd Dwyer footage.
 
There is one on youtube right now. It will likely be taken off soon.
