Hey, I have a 10 year old (Mike). The problem is
he loves playing on the computer so much. I really don't know how to
react, at least now he's playing some cute games but I guess that he'll want to play more complex games. I have two fears: one that he'll be spending to much time indoors (health problems, not practicing enough sports, etc) and that he'll be influenced by more aggressive games (Counter Strike, or something like this, violent games).
What is your advice? Are these sites and games dangerous? Should I force him to go out and play even if he would rather stay indoors playing on his P.C. ? He spends too little time outdoors, at least comparing to the times when I myself was a kid.
