And I know people will perhaps say about self control - but I am a middle aged woman and I do swim and try to exercise but like tonight - homemade Cuban sandwiches! YUMMY! What is your downfall for food?
My boyfriend is a chef...I really have to watch it! He makes the cream sauces, sautes with butter and garlic, etc. All of it goes right to the hips! I asked him to leave his expertise on the job and let me do the cooking at home, just to be on the safe side..lol. My downfall are his Monte Cristo sandwiches, deep fried and then sprinkled with powder sugar..too delicious.
I wouldn't say destined though. He doesn't work out at all, so that probably has a lot to do with it also. Regardless of what you eat, you'll gain weight if you're not burning enough calories to keep up with your meals.
