scared about what they may think, if they might not like him, might say he's not good enough or strong enough etc etc :|

I actually had to introduce my boyfriend to my parents and I had to introduce myself his parents last Saturday. If he's a nice guy - there should be nothing to be nervous about. =) It was my first time doing it and I can honestly say it turned out great! Just be brave and be proud that you have a good guy.

hell yea im gonna b nervous 2 do that but the guy i have my eye on is a good guy so i think my parents wuld llik him

I was once.

And, as expected, he fumbled the ball.

He called my Dad, "Dude."

I was sixteen. I did not go out that evening.

I'm single and proud (lol), but I would be completely freaked out if I had to. Just take a few deep breaths, concentrate on what your going to say, talk about it with your boyfriend before he meets them, and do not, I repeat DO NOT, overreact to what they say.

I was a little nervous bout my mum meeting my partner...

Even more nervous telling her we got engaged since they had only met once!

But they get on pretty well and all my family say how good she is for me and that they can tell im a lot happier since we got together.

I was even more nervous about meeting my partners parents. I don't think they like me that much to be honest.

I generally avoid that step altogether with girlfriends. There is a chance that we will break up, and meeting my parents would therefore be unnecessary. Until marriage is genuinely on the table, meeting the parents isn't generally a good idea.

wellll..........ummmmm

ya seeeee......

technically parents have already seen who im dating sooooo idk!!
