I recently got a DUI and got my license revoked. I am still planning on driving just very very carefully and not often because i really need to get places sometimes. However am i still going to be insured? I am insured under a group insurance plan with my whole family. My car is in my dads name. Will my car still have insurance just because i am no longer a licensed driver?
i would only drive about five minutes to school every couple of days i wouldnt do any extensive driving. and yes DD was a horrible mistake that im sorry for and i even now volunteer at the teen court to help young teens who made mistakes

insure the car then the driver but if you have no license then it dint matter your not to be driving at all and if you happen to have a wreck its your fault

The cars are still insured. Now you can insure your self but it requires you to have a license. If you do get stopped with a suspended license you will be arrested and car towed!! Your insurance is all ready gonna sky rocket and you deserve it and everything that happens to you from the court system!!! I hope you grow up and realize hope stupid it is to drive drunk or high before you kill someone!!

Don't do it. You are not insured and if stopped will automatically get a ticket, and lose your license even longer, enough times and you will lose it forever. The car is insured, not you. Insurance goes with the vehicle. You could also cause your family to lose their insurance.
