On one station(here in Seattle) there is some kind of music playing in the background at a low level.....
usually some kind of short rhythm track...in a loop.

story is about head on collision on interstate during rush hour and the background music was something like a slide whistle(like the music in One Fly Over the Cuckoos Nest)
sounded like Stan Laurel playing with a YO YO music.
Low level...in the background...almost SUBLIMINAL.
Do they wake up too early and go to sleep too early so they not in touch with reality?
