Ares and Aphrodite....?

Soooo....they had a baby together right? Ares being the god of war and Aphrodite being the goddess of love and beauty....The Jock and The Cheerleader.

So that means opposite attracts right? Meaning a Catholic Christian/cynic friend of mine has a chance with that funny, cute and cheerful atheist he met last time?
They met at the Country Club
I think my friend is thinking about a serious relationship, maybe not settling down, but a serious long term one.

Hard to say, but I'll say slim chance

Both Ares and Aphrodite were both thiests, they believed in themselves and other gods...

how dare you put Greek gods and catholics into the same category...but religiously pondering what would happen to the cute little atheist after your catholic friend is through with her?

just wondering

Not unless your friend wants to have psycho children:

"Deimos, "terror", and Phobos "fear", were his companions in war[13] children, born by Aphrodite."

He sure does.

Edit: Why is he looking for a long-term commitment when he isn't sure about being serious with her? Well, he is playing the jock game anyway.
