ares m4a1 or G&G gr16 ebb plastica?

So... im trying to buy one of those two guns and i really do need range... i have limited money of 240$. I need your opinions and why... (P.S.. does the forward assist do something for the ares m4? because it decompresses the spring on the gr16 ebb plastica...) (P.S.S... if i do buy the ares and decide to get the one with rails... where does the battery go and what type of battery does it us?)
