Army travel voucher...?

My husband is to get paid for goign TDY. Well he recieved a travel voucher statement on mypay saying it was paid July 30, I just checked again and on mypay there are 2 more vouchers (for a total of 3) saying one was paid Aug 3 and another was paid Aug 5. They are all under the same travel voucher number and for the same amount. He hasnt been paid yet, how long does it usually take, its been 4 years since we PCSed and I cant remember, also why are they sending so many vouchers out?
