I am using Ashampoo Burning Studio 9.
I'm trying to burn avi files as a Video DVD, but when I hit that "add" button, it tells me that "The file format might not be supported".
This is impossible, because I burnt the same file, using the same program, as a Video DVD just one week ago. In fact, every single file I've burnt as a Video DVD using Ashampoo in the last month is now giving me this error message.
Since then and now I have had to reformat my computer, and this is when I started having the problem.
What can I do to fix this?
I am not willing to get yet another converting program and waste hours of my time converting and then burning, when I could just burn it straight of the bat if Ashampoo was working properly.
