permission. What can I do to AT&T? My ex-girlfriend attempted to get into my iPhone, although the sim card was locked. She locked out the phone after three wrong attempts and then called AT&T customer service to unlock the phone. Without telling the customer service agent anything more than my phone number and name, he unlocked my phone and allowed her to change the sim card password. She was then able to access my personal information (call logs, emails, etc). Is this a serious violation of my privacy rights and do I have the right to take action against AT&T for a breach of my privacy?
