so i pay the $7 dollar a month thing for phone insurance. My phone's having some issues. When i take it in, do I have to pay any fees to get a new one? also can i choose a different phone?
 
What kind of phone do you have?

Depending on the type of phone you have it will fall under Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 in their policy. Depending on which Tier your phone falls into you could have to pay a $50, $125, or $199 deductible when you take your phone in to get fixed. I put a link where you can see which tier your device falls under in the sources.

They will replace your phone with the same model. If the same model is not available they'll probably provide you with a device that is similar.
