when you have an over eating splurge and eat TOO MANY CALORIES (i barely ever do this) can you work most it off? Like how long should I run and excercise for? I feel like i ate my whole kitchen lol
The human boy's chemistry will not allow you to burn all that off, only the fat that is already stored in your body.
Instead, eat a lot more fruits and veggies, water and 100% whole wheat bread to cleanse your system. Until it leaves your body, you can't really do much.
