Atheists and Christians: Do you know anyone who is perfect? Do you think of

yourself as perfect? When we? realize that we all are imperfect; it is so easy to not judge; yet we all do at some point, don't we? Is that the basic sin of all of us; that we somehow think that we are better than others and that we have the right to judge? Jesus forgives and that is why He tells us to. "All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God." Your thoughts?

Perfection isn't the point of life.

However, if someone is going to place themselves in the position of self-imposed moral compass, they'd best not be a hypocrite.

I have really no idea what has permutated in the Crimea, so when it comes to Atheists and Christians, I'm in hard luck.

Fortunately, I know that Armenians are Christians, who have been under Atheists. (A.S.S.R)

There simply isn't anyone who is perfect, never was, never will be so long as we are Humans. Jesus is not and never was in a position to be forgiving (in a god sense) because he was just a man. A good man, but a severely deluded man. There are no gods, just us.

and the read further:
"God so loved the world, that He sent His only begotten Son, for everyone who believes wouldn't parish but have eternal life".

Oh my gosh, I'm as imperfect as they come. I feel sometimes like I give Paul a good running for that chief of sinners label he gave himself. You are correct. If you have a healthy biblical view of sin you don't point fingers and you aren't hateful. There is a great deal of Christian arrogance and pride and I can't blame the skeptics for calling us on that.

I don't think anyone's perfect by default. Not in terms of sin, as I don't believe in neither sin nor morals, but no-one's perfect simply because there is no standard of perfection.
