Atheists: Christianity or Judaism?

I would say None..
But at least Judaism is not as bad as Christianity..But then again,i'd still say None.

Neither, both are delusional in their claims for a god. In short, no religion is worthy of respect.

@Death: Only a few minor Christian sects go knocking door-to-door, such as the Jehovah's Witnesses & the Mormons.

Mainline Christians such as Catholics, Presbyterians, Anglicans(Episcopalian), Orthodox, etc do not go there.

However, I suspect that most atheists respect Judaism more than Christianity, because it is still possible to be Jewish while being an atheist, whereas with Christianity you cannot.

I don't like either. But Judaism is the lesser of the two evils. They aren't as crazy and don't come to my door preaching and telling me I will be tortured eternally unless I join them, and then wonder why people don't like them.
