Attachment for one-seater bike?

I was wondering if there was a way to attach something to the back of a one seater bike so that a little 4 year old could sit behind me? I already have pegs and she is too big for the basket. Is there a way she can sit behind me?
 
They make toddler seats for bicycles, look on line or at the bike shop in town.
 
They are called wee ride or tag a long bike trailers.
