Attention athiests: I need help with a paper. List of gods?

I'm doing an argumentive essay for a Comp. class. I want to end it by listing (in very fine print!) 3000-4000 gods that have been worshipped in human history. By my estimates, this should by simple, as this would be a fraction of the total of all the gods in human history. I have seen these lists on the net, but I need one in Word format (or in regular email text), something easily printable and/or 'cut and paste'. Do you know where I might find such a list? OR, can you provide an email addy for someone that I could ask? Anything, really....I just don't want to get stuck transferring all the names into my paper by hand. Thanks.I notice that the links provided thus far are NOT helpful. I KNOW where to get a list that I have to copy by hand. I want something in a DIFFERENT FORMAT. Thanks.....

Yeah, I got a list...Log onto www.espn.comClick on NFLThen scroll to the bottom of the page in the lower right hand corner there is a little icon that looks like the earth. If you click on that it will take you to where I hid it. Good luck!

Why don't you just list all the known 'civilisations' - they've all had gods cos they're one of the best peasant management tools ever invented?Why ever would you want to name each god?THAT sounds so much like a fundie invitation into a fundie web, I wonder if you're not trolling.~

Hmmm...I'm wonder how an atheist would know anything about any god...since they don't believe in a god...
